Stefanie Dearie, J.D.
Ms. Dearie provides legal counsel to businesses, trade associations and other not-for-profit enterprises. She previously worked in the antitrust department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, and as in-house counsel and director of legal affairs for the U.S. Council for International Business, a premier business association that promotes U.S. business views on a wide range of international policy issues.
She holds a B.A. from Yale University, a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University, and a Masters in Public Administration from Princeton University (Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs).
She currently serves on the board of directors for a nonprofit organization located in Alexandria, Virginia.
Ms. Dearie is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia, and serves clients in both locations.
